- Certificate Data: All certificate data you create is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. This includes client information, installation details, test results, and professional information. You have complete control over this data and delete it at any time (or export it if you have unlocked the paid features).
- Anonymous Crash Reports: We also use Sentry to collect anonymous crash reports and performance data to help us improve the app's stability. This data is automatically anonymised and does not contain any personal information or certificate data. It includes technical information about device type, operating system version, and error details only.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the Zerta mobile app functionality
- To generate BS 7671-compliant electrical certificates for your professional use
- To improve app performance and fix crashes through anonymous crash reporting
- To understand how our website is used and improve our marketing content

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data in the following limited circumstances:
