Mobile App

• User Profile Information: When you set up your profile, we can store information such as your name, company details, contact information, and professional registration locally on your device. This information is used to optionally pre-populate certificates and is not shared with third parties.
• Certificate Data: All certificate data you create is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. This includes client information, installation details, test results, and professional information. You have complete control over this data and delete it at any time (or export it with Zerta Pro).
• Anonymous Crash Reports: We also use Sentry to collect anonymous crash reports and performance data to help us improve the app's stability. This data is automatically anonymised and does not contain any personal information or certificate data. It includes technical information about device type, operating system version, and error details only. This crash report data is processed ephemerally (transmitted in real-time and not retained long-term on your device) and is encrypted in transit via HTTPS to Sentry's secure servers.
• Data Deletion: You can permanently delete all of your app data at any time on the "About" screen. This deletion feature permanently removes all certificates, profile information, and app data from your device. This action requires two confirmation steps to prevent accidental deletion and cannot be undone.
